Personal Fitness Training

At Empowered Fitness Training, we're serious about getting you the results you're looking for. Because Personal Training is what we do and what we're passionate about we're confident you will succeed in your fitness journey!

You'll be in quite capable hands. All trainers at Empowered Fitness Training are required to have earned at least a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Exercise Science or a Professional Degree in Personal Training. This makes for better, safer personal training!

Group "Burst" Workouts

Our Burst Workouts are fast-paced, high intensity small group fitness classes designed to get you results with less time. We keep the classes small, no more than 10 students, so we can provide more 1-on-1 attention when you need it. Plus, the classes change daily to keep you on your toes and to avoid stagnation.

• Metabolic Resistance Training (Our main class)
• Morning Jumpstart (6:15am)
• Surf's Up! Fitness

• Cardio HIIT

Health & Fitness Coaching

Health & Fitness Coaching with Empowered Fitness Training is a great option if you're simply looking for accountability, motivation, and coaching from a fitness professional and you already have access to a gym or simply wish to exercise on your own. We sit you down with an ACSM Certified Health Fitness Specialist and provide you with:
• Accountability, Motivation, and Encouragement
• Assessments & Reassessments (Checking your Progress)
• Coaching for Fitness, Nutrition*, and Health**
• Establishing an Exercise Program

Nutrition Planning & Counseling

Empowered Fitness Training now offers Nutrition Counseling to help you maximize your results working with us! Our Nutritionist has a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition with a specialty in Dietetics and can help you develop a meal plan to help you reach your goal and maximize your results!
