Group Training Memberships

Our Group Training Classes are challenging classes designed to improve strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and develop a strong core. Our main class, Workout of the Day, offers a strength program Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays while Tuesdays and Thursdays offer HIIT/Metabolic Conditioning. We also have a lot of fun! Membership Pricing:

Unlimited Group Training: This membership gives you access to all of our Group Training Classes, Boxing Classes, and Open Gym Access, with 24-hour Access available.


Premium Group Training: All of the benefits of our Unlimited Group Training membership, plus access to one 60-Minute Health & Fitness Assessment / Personal Training session per month for accountability, measurement of progress, skill work, or to address specific needs.

Boxing Only: Access to only our Boxing and Kickboxing Classes.

OR INTERFERE WITH, PARTICIPATION IN HIGH INTENSITY FULL BODY WORKOUTS. Those with special needs should pursue personal training instead.

Open Gym Access


Open Gym Access is a free service we offer exclusively to our Unlimited Group Training Members and Personal Training Clients who attend at least one class or session per week. With it you can get maximum value for the services you're paying for without additional fees! Additionally, 24-Hour Access is available for members who meet our eligibility requirements.

Our staffed hours are:
• Mon - Thur 5:30am - 7:30pm.
• Fridays 5:30am - 1:00pm.

Unlimited Group Training Membership or higher required. Not available with Boxing Only or Burst memberships or pricing options.

A Burst Workout is a 20-minute circuit style training class designed with high efficiency and simplicity in mind. Each day brings a different workout that will help to build strength, endurance, and rev the metabolism. These workouts are designed using a higher rep, lower load scheme primarily using Kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight, and more. These workouts are great if you're a beginner or if you're pressed for time and need a quick, efficient, and high intensity "burst" of exercise. PROGRAM BEGINS JULY 1, 2019.

Please note:
These pricing options pay for Burst Workouts only and exclude our Group Training classes. Packs of 5 or 10 Burst Workouts expire three (3) months after the purchase date. Unlimited Group Training members also have FREE access to Burst Workouts. Any purchases made before July 1, 2019 will be adjusted to begin on the first.
