Ditch the Treadmill and join our fast-paced, high energy classes. We provide high intensity group training classes that change daily and are designed to train the whole body. Suitable for all skill levels.

Boxing Classes


BOXING/KICKBOXING CLASSES. Our Boxing/Kickboxing classes are high paced group fitness classes suitable for all ages and skill levels. A 60 minute class, Boxing features both boxing techniques and drills combined with aerobic and anaerobic exercise to provide a blast to your metabolism. All equipment required will be provided so all you need to bring is the hard work! No matter your level of experience Boxing is a great way to gain some self-defense skills. Come have fun, learn boxing techniques, and get a great workout. Classes are Mon - Thur @ 6:30pm.

These classes are included in our Unlimited Group Training Membership! If you're interested in just our boxing classes you can sign up below.

The Boxing Only Membership does not include Open Gym Access or access to our other classes. Please choose our Unlimited Group Training Membership instead for these services.

Open Gym Access


Are you an experienced lifter / exerciser looking for a great place to workout? If you're looking for a specialized training gym to focus on your training then we are the gym for you!

Suitable for experienced lifters only.

Our Open Gym Membership Includes:
• Access to our specialized training gym during Open Gym Hours
• Educational Workshops to get more out of your training.
• NO 1 Year Contracts!

Recovery Session


Recovery is an important part of any physical fitness program. In addition to sleep there are things you can do to help you help you recover from your workouts faster and our Recovery Sessions are designed to do just that. You do not have to be a member to benefit!

Each recovery session includes:
• Vibration Massage to increase circulation and reduce tension.
• Myofascial Release to work out specific trigger points.
• Passive & Active Stretching to increase range of motion.

Session Rates:
• Half-Hour: $35 +tax
• Full Hour: $50 +tax

Recovery Sessions are intended to supplement your fitness program to help your body recover from your workouts more quickly. These sessions are not intended for use as a medical treatment for any condition, nor is it intended to replace massage therapy, spa massage, or any other therapeutic treatment for any medical condition. All recovery sessions are performed within Jeff's scope of practice as a Certified Exercise Physiologist and will not include any massage work with the hands nor any work in private/sensitive areas. Please make known any special requests for areas to be worked on at the beginning of the session.
